  • 2 cloves fresh garlic minced
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 green onions finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup crispy bacon bits from cooked bacon
  • 1 cup chicken broth low-sodium recommended
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a large baking dish to prevent sticking.
  • Cook the seasoned chicken breasts in a skillet over medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side, until golden and fully cooked. Transfer the chicken to a cutting board and chop into bite-sized pieces.
  • Whisk the softened cream cheese and chicken broth together in a large bowl until the mixture is completely smooth. Stir in the ranch seasoning mix and minced garlic until well incorporated.
  • Fold the chopped chicken pieces and the chopped green onions into the cream cheese mixture, stirring until everything is evenly coated in the creamy sauce.
